Reinforced Added Damping and Stiffness (X-RADAS Damper)
01. X-RADAS provides additional stiffness to reduce seismic responses of the lateral displacement, story drift, and torsion of structures during earthquakes.
02. X-RADAS provides maximum energy-dissipation capacity during the peak seismic response of the structure.
03. The periods of the structure can be shifted by using the yielding of X-RADAS to prevent the occurrence of resonance.
04. X-RADAS can be installed in a structure either with steel bracings or RC walls. It is not interfere he ambient light and the indoor space.
05. Steel plates such as ASTM A36, A572 Gr. 50 and LYS 100 that have undergone a special thermal-treatment can be used as the materials for X-RADAS.
